Booking Policy

1. Reservation Process

• Deposit: 50% advance payment required to confirm booking
• Balance Payment: Due before trip departure
• Confirmation: Sent via email/WhatsApp after payment

2. Child Policy

• Under 5 years: Free (without extra bed)
• 5-10 years: 50% discount (without extra bed)

3. Important Notes

• Full payment required before activity begins
• No refunds for unused services
• Carry valid ID proof for verification

Cancellation Policy

Refund Conditions

• 15-30 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days/No-show: No refund

Special Cases

• Weather/Natural Disasters: No refund (rescheduling possible)
• Medical Emergencies: Requires doctor's certificate (partial credit may be offered)

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.

Not Included

Participant Responsibilities
